Since 1990, David has received numerous requests to present his highly acclaimed case studies at local, regional, and national physician meetings.  And, until recently, he always declined, given his busy schedule of administrative and clinical medicine.

Since retiring from his administrative career, he has begun to branch out to present the popular Thieves’ Market format at other meetings.  These presentations have always been the highest rated at any given meeting.
